Mystery photo winner Last Saturday’s mystery photo was identified by Shane Peters, a native of Santa Monica. While many respondents guessed that the owl sits atop a building at the Santa Monica Pier, Peters was correct in identifying it as a landmark atop the Village Car Wash on Main Street and Ocean Park Boulevard. Look for a new mystery photo in this Saturday’s paper. The first person to identify the location of the photo will win a prize.
