# Q-Line asks readers what should get city budget priority in 2005-06

As elected leaders embark on a mid-year budget review, they have begun prioritizing what should garner financial attention in 2005-06\. The majority of City Council members last week picked quelling gang violence in an eastside neighborhood and addressing homelessness throughout the city as top issues.

So this week, Q-Line wants to know, “What do you think deserves financial priority in the city next year? Why?”

Call (310) 285-8106 before Friday at 5 p.m. and we’ll print your responses in the weekend edition. Please try to limit your comments to a minute or less. It might help to think first about the wording of your response.
