# Elks name Parham citizen of the year

Parham received his bachelor’s degree in social ecology from UC Irvine, master’s in counseling psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, and his Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Southern Illinois University. Elks find a citizen of the year
