A Santa Monica-based drug and alcohol center has branched out. The CLARE Foundation recently opened its new Wallis Annenberg Women with Children Center at 3939 Tilden Avenue in Culver City. The center provides six to 12 months of housing for women who are participants in its residential women with children sober living program. The new center focuses on the recovery, health and social needs of both mother and child. The Annenberg Foundation donated a $750,000 for the purchase of the center. The CLARE Foundation has a center on Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica and is a nonprofit organization with 10 programs that address every frontier of addiction. Gems honor ‘gem’ of a doctor
