“ARE WE SAFE IN THE CITY OF Santa Monica? No! All of this is a false sense of security. They put up mega lighting in the so-called south central area of Santa Monica — also called the Pico Neighborhood. And still drug dealing and graffiti still goes on daily. Where are the police when you need them? Not in their cars or on foot.”
