Raise money to help youngsters, and get in a fun game of golf while you’re at it. Buerge Motor Car Company announces their forthcoming 20th Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit the Palisades/Malibu YMCA.

The event will take place on the scenic grounds of the Malibu Country Club on June 24 with an afternoon of play and dinner to follow.

For two decades, Buerge Motors has been a proud sponsor of the community charity event that’s played strictly for fun in a best ball scramble format with all monies raised being donated to the Palisades/Malibu YMCA.

Players will enjoy a full day of 18-hole golf with dinner and prize raffle immediately following the tournament. A guaranteed grand prize drawing of $10,000 will be given away, along with dozens of gifts and dinner/concert packages donated by area businesses.

In addition, players have several hole-in-one chances at winning a new Ford, Chrysler or Jeep vehicle.

The Palisades/Malibu YMCA is a family-centered organization that offers more than 100 different programs available throughout the year to residents in the community. All people are welcome at the Y regardless of age, sex, ethnicity or faith, and charity programs such as this tournament provide that no one is turned away from the Y regardless of their ability to pay.

Buerge Motors, a Westside community dealership operating since 1915, is a family-owned and operated business specializing in Ford, Chrysler and Jeep products.

Perspective players or corporate sponsors may contact Scott Davis at (310) 820-2631, ext. 2020.
