# Samohi Orchestras to Present Annual Senior Gala Concert Saturday, June 10

Senior Gala Saturday, June 10 at 7 p.m. in Barnum Hall at 601 Pico Blvd. on the Santa Monica High School campus, the Santa Monica High School Orchestras will present its annual Senior Gala Concert. The program will feature Samohi’s symphony, chamber and philharmonic orchestras, as well as performances by talented soloists. Be warned that these are no ordinary high school musicians. The Samohi Symphony was named best high school orchestra in the country at the 2005 National Orchestra Festival in Reno, Nev., and recently performed at Disney Hall, making it the only high school orchestra to ever receive that honor. http://samohiorchestra.org/ http://www.smmusd.org/samohi/perfoming\_arts/htmls/orchestra\_events.htm
