# Center for Healthy Aging seeks volunteers to work with seniors

The Center for Healthy Aging is hiring volunteers interested in working with seniors. A wide variety of positions are open, including information and referral, health clinic assistance, friendly visiting and daily money management.

The center will provide applicants with a four-week training session starting on Oct. 18 from 12:20 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 1527 Fourth St.

The center also is looking for volunteer senior peer counselors. For more information, call (310) 576-2550, ext. 371\. Local center to give free immunizations
