Brandon Wise MOVING THINGS ALONG: The long-awaited effort to modernize the city's traffic lights, estimated to cost $21 million, is designed to synchronize all of the city’s lights, allowing control over the entire system from a traffic management center. The plan aims to reduce delays for commuters.
