On January 22, at about 1:42 a.m.
While patrolling the 1700 block of Main Street, officers saw a bicyclist riding against traffic with no front light in violation of the vehicle code. Officers attempted to stop the bicyclist. The subject ignored officers and refused to stop. The subject rode into a courtyard of an apartment complex. The subject reappeared walking the bicycle on the sidewalk. The subject was detained and taken into custody. Delores Marie Wright, 18, from Moreno Valley, was arrested for resist/delay/obstructing an officer, operating a bicycle against traffic and operating a bicycle at night without a front white light. Bail was set at $10,000.
