Taxi fare to the nightclub: $15\. Door charge: $20\. Three extra dry, top-shelf gin martinis: $36\. Enjoying an evening out with two beautiful women: Pricey.

A pair of young PR professionals have become Santa Monica’s latest entrepreneurs, capitalizing on an old adage they said holds true in today’s dating scene: “Men want beautiful women, and women want men who have beautiful women.”

The undertaking began as a joke between founders Marni Kinrys, 23, and Nina Rubin, 26.

“We came back from a dinner,”
