Multiple poets will recite verses in church — but not from the bible. On Saturday, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m., the Church in Ocean Park will host poets Gerald Locklin, Michael C. Ford, John Harris, Patricia Cherin and francEyE at 235 Hill St. Admission is a suggested donation of $5 to $15\. However, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
