A traffic accident shut down the northbound PCH at the McClure Tunnel today. A truck hit a car and flipped onto its side at about 3 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. Northbound traffic was diverted at 4th Street and some cars were trapped on the freeway while officials worked to clear the lanes.
