A staged reading of the play “This Contract Limits Our Liability, Read It!” by Joshua Fardon, with an open panel discussion following the performance, will occur at the Edgemar Center for the Arts this month. There also will be an art exhibition called “First Stages,” acrylics on canvas, abstract paintings by Natalie Gray.

Edgemar Center For The Arts, at 2437 Main St., located in Frank Gehry’s architectural landmark building, hosts theater productions, film festivals, jazz and cabaret shows, revolving art exhibitions, and public arts programs serving all facets of the westside community. What was once a cavernous hangar now houses a 99-seat theater, a 65-seat theater, and an art gallery.

The staged reading is scheduled for Jan. 18 at 5p.m. For more information, call (310) 392-7327.
