On April 22 at approximately 10:13 p.m., Santa Monica police officers responded to a radio call regarding a vehicle striking several parked vehicles in the 600 block of Santa Monica Boulevard.
An investigation of the driver for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage was performed.
Arturo Parral Rodriguez, 20, of Los Angeles, was arrested and cited for misdemeanor driving under the influence, driving without a license and no insurance at the scene of a traffic collision.
