The Annenberg Community Beach House is celebrating summer with a full schedule of activities and events.
Located just north of the Santa Monica Pier, the beach house boasts a swimming pool, play area and gardens. This summer pool passes on Monday are reduced to $1 from 10 a.m. until noon.
Fitness classes such as yoga, beach tennis and beach soccer are also offered along the beach for $10. Other events include a cultural series every Tuesday evening with music and poetry and docent tours of the new facility during the week. The Back on the Beach Café is scheduled to reopen soon.
The beach house is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Advanced purchases for pool passs or parking permits can be made in person or over the phone. Call (310) 458-4914 for more information.
