On Nov. 25, at about 9:08 p.m.
Officers responded to the Apple Store – 1415 3rd Street Promenade regarding a theft suspect in custody. An investigation revealed a Loss Prevention Agent observed the suspect select a pair of headphones and exit the store without paying for the merchandise. The suspect was detained by the Loss Prevention Agent for police arrival.
Noah Matthew Gwootwe, 19, from San Diego had bail set at $5000.
