USPS —Today, Santa Monica. Long line, one clerk. I waited maybe 40 minutes. The clerk had to go get packages elsewhere = 0 clerk. I returned at 4:30pm knowing they would add a clerk. they did around 4:40pm so I waited less than 30 minutes...what a way to run a government office.
