I too have my problems with cyclists on sidewalks, but to say that the Bikeshare program does not get out the word about riding on sidewalks is wrong. My husband and I were at the Marine Park Bikeshare today, and found the warning that riding on sidewalks is illegal in not one, but two, places.
One can criticize this program, but failure to inform the public about that particular item is not among its faults. Now it's up to the city to get busy and enforce it.
