# Brief: Rotary Club accepting grant applications

The Rotary Club of Santa Monica is accepting applications for its Community and Youth Grants program from Santa Monica nonprofit organizations.

The grants, which range from $500 to $3,500, can be requested for capital, equipment or new program development, but not for annual operating needs or special events.

Organizations must provide proof of their nonprofit status and verify that the funds will be used for the benefit of the Santa Monica community.
