Chamber Music Palisades unveiled its 29th season featuring performances by the New Hollywood String Quartet, Los Angeles Wind and Piano Sextet, a Hollywood Bowl and LA Phil harpist, and a violin, viola and flute trio.
The season will include works by Bach, Haydn, Brahms, Ravel, Gershwin, Childs and Broughton, plus a world premiere by local film composer Lolita Ritmanis. Alan Chapman, the organization's commentator for 29 years, will return for the upcoming season.
Season subscriptions are available at cmpalisades.org for $120, offering savings of $20 when purchasing all four Wednesday night series concerts. Individual concert tickets cost $35 and can be purchased online or at the door. Full-time students with valid school identification receive free admission.
The season opens Oct. 8, 2025, at the organization's new venue, Brentwood Presbyterian Church, located at San Vicente and Bundy. Performances begin at 7:30 p.m., a new start time for the series. Free parking is available off Bundy Drive.
