Chamber Music Palisades will present an evening of chamber music featuring works by Bach, Brahms, Thuille, Kreutzer and Gershwin on Wednesday, April 15, at 7:30 p.m. at Brentwood Presbyterian Church, 12000 San Vicente Blvd., Los Angeles.

The program will feature an ensemble of musicians drawn from the region's leading orchestras and opera companies. Pianists Bernadene Blaha and Kevin Fitz-Gerald will perform a four-hand piano set. Joining them are Jonathan Davis on oboe, Judith Farmer on bassoon, Burt Hara on clarinet, Amy Jo Rhine on horn and Susan Greenberg on flute. Greenberg is a former member of the LA Chamber Orchestra, current Santa Monica Symphony musician and co-founder and artistic director of Chamber Music Palisades.

KUSC host Alan Chapman, who has provided program notes for all 29 of the ensemble's seasons, will present commentary on the evening's works.

Tickets are $35 and available online at cmpalisades.org or at the door. Free admission is offered to full-time students with a valid ID. Free parking is available in the church lot north of Montana Avenue on the east side of Bundy Drive.
