Award-winning comedian Kiki Yeung will perform her newest touring show "Kiki Yeung Cantonese Mom" at Santa Monica Playhouse this July, following its premiere at Rodney's Comedy Club for the Knockouts Women's Comedy Festival.
Yeung founded Crazy Woke Asians, a nationally touring comedy show featuring Asian American comedians. She also created the "Kiki Funny Mama's Night Out" documentary series highlighting Asian American female comedians.
The performer has been featured in Elizabeth Banks' Whohaha's Comedy Callout, LA Times, The Seattle Times, Time-out New York, NBC LA and CBS. She recently appeared on ABC's "The Parent Test."
Yeung performed at The Netflix is a Joke Fest and has headlined sold-out shows at the New York Comedy Festival, Carolines on Broadway, The Comedy Store, The Ice House, Laugh Factory, Hollywood Improv, Cobbs Comedy Club and Kenan Presents.
Her one-hour special "Don't Get Sick and Die" was filmed in her hometown of Seattle.
"Kiki Yeung Cantonese Mom" runs Thursday, July 17 and 24 at 8 p.m., Saturday, July 19 and 26 at 7 p.m., and Sunday, July 20 and 27 at 6 p.m.
General admission tickets cost $25 and include a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. VIP front row tickets are $35 and include a meet-and-greet with Yeung.
