Crash snarls downtown

Crash: An accident around 12:47 p.m. snarled up traffic at the intersection of 4th Street and Olympic Avenue on Tuesday. No injuries were reported but one driver was pregnant so she was taken to a nearby hospital out of precautionary measures, according to Santa Monica Police Department officials.
