On December 3 at approximately 8:50 a.m.
Officers were dispatched to the 2800 Block of the beach for a stolen bike. The suspect, later identified as Cammerron Setters, was accused of taking the unlocked bike left leaning against a trash can. The owner of the bike was able to describe the bike along with providing the key to remove the lock that was simply affixed to the tire and frame, but not a stationary object. Setters was charged with petty theft and the bike was returned to its rightful owner.
