On August 8, 2018 at about 8:11 a.m.
While patrolling the 1600 block of Ocean Front Walk, officers saw a female drinking a beer in public. Officer detained the subject for the violation. A computer check revealed nine outstanding Santa Monica warrants for her arrest. The subject was placed under arrest for the violation and warrants.
Rebecca Caroline Hallock, 43, was booked for an open container in public, drinking in public, and outstanding warrants. Bail was set at $80,000.
