On August 14, at about 4:11 p.m.
An officer was driving in the 100 block of Colorado Ave at which time he observed a woman confronting and yelling obscenities at others as they passed by and challenging them to fight. The officer drove up next to her at which point she attempted to open the patrol car’s door. Unable to enter the patrol car, she then proceeded to kick the patrol car. She was arrested and transported to the SMPD Jail. Ashley Bryant, 32, homeless, was arrested for vandalism.
