On September 4, 2018 at about 12:58 p.m.
While patrolling the 300 block of Colorado Blvd, officers saw a male subject riding his bicycle on the sidewalk in violation of a Santa Monica Municipal Code. The subject was stopped for the violation. A computer check of the subject revealed an outstanding warrant for parole violation. The subject was placed under arrest. Robert Lee Mason, 58, homeless, was arrested for riding a bike on the sidewalk and parole violation. No bail was set.
