On September 27, at about 12 p.m.
Officers responded to a residence in the 2300 block of 31st Street regarding a subject trespassing. Officers spoke to the homeowner and learned she discovered a female subject sleeping on her driveway wrapped in a blanket. The victim was desirous of prosecution. Offices made contact with the subject and placed her under arrest. The subject was also in possession of a (.99 Cent Store) shopping cart with personal belongings inside of it. The subject was evasive in providing proper identifying information. The subject was placed under arrest. Laura Maria Kristiansen, 36, homeless was arrested for trespassing and delaying arrest. Bail was set at $10,000.
