On September 26, at about 1:44 p.m.

Officers responded to a radio call for service in the 1400 block of 9th Street regarding a court order violation. Officers arrived at the location and found the female subject seated on the sidewalk directly in front of the reporting party’s residence. A computer check of the subject revealed the subject had an active stay away order from the area. The subject was placed under arrest. Melinda Michelle Middlebrook, 31, was issued a citation for violation of a stay away order.
