On September 25, 2018 at about 10:40 a.m. 

Officers were dispatched to a multi-level office building located in the 1400 block of 7th street to take a burglary report of a stolen bicycle. A witness of the incident was able to provide a video of the theft and also added that the suspect had returned, with the bicycle, and therefore the victim was able to get the bicycle back from him. On October 2, 2018, an officer recognized the suspect from this incident standing in the area of 3rd and Arizona. The officer subsequently arrested the suspect for the offense. Leo Valenzuela, 40, from San Jose, was arrested for burglary. Bail was set at $20,000.
