On October 10, 2018 at about 5:16 a.m.
Officers responded to the Starbucks at 1447 Lincoln Blvd regarding a disturbance. A male subject was reportedly breaking merchandise in the coffee shop. Officers learned the subject walked into the store and asked for a cup of water. The subject began to yell profanities at the employees and proceeded to throw several mugs and bags of coffee to the ground. The subject broke seven mugs valued at over $139.00. Officers located the subject outside of the store. The subject was taken into custody. Bruce Andrew Hoff, 49, homeless was arrested for vandalism and violation of a court order. Bail was set at Bail $5,000.
