SMPD Officers responded to Crescent Bay Park regarding a fight involving multiple subjects. Upon arrival, the Officers separated the involved parties and gathered details. Officers determined that a verbal altercation had occurred between one subject when he asked the two victims for a cigarette. During the altercation the subject threatened to return with his friends. After some time, the subject returned with his friends and a fight ensued. David Onario Ramirez, Jacob Kamon LeBlanc, Michael Shane James, and Matthew David Berman were all arrested for 182(A)(1) PC-Conspiracy and 243(D) PC-Assault with Great Bodily Injury. James was further charged with 422 PC-Criminal Threats.
