On September 23 at 3 p.m.  
Two officers assigned to the downtown area observed two females rapidly jaywalking near the 300 block of Arizona near the Victoria’s Secret Store on the Promenade. Both subjects were carrying large tote bags filled with boxed merchandise. Officers maintained a visual on the subjects as they entered a parked vehicle and made an illegal u-turn near the 200 block of Arizona. Officers stopped the vehicle and during their investigation found that staff from Victoria’s Secret on the Promenade reported the two females had recently visited the store and taken multiple items without paying after threatening their staff. Sarai Crane and Juannika Galvan were both arrested for robbery and conspiracy.
