On Friday, November 26 at about 9:26 p.m.
Officers responded to a business on the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue for a “Defrauding an Innkeeper” call. Upon arrival the manager informed officers that an individual was refusing to pay his bill after ordering his meal and drink. The individual had attempted to leave the location without paying several times and was now sitting inside continuing to refuse to pay. Officers made contact with the subject and found he was also in possession of a glass bulbous pipe. Ultimately, the subject continued to refuse to pay and was arrested for Defrauding an Innkeeper and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
