On Thursday, December 2 at 2:28 a.m.

Officers responded to Seven-Eleven on the 600 block of Wilshire regarding a subject who had broken the front window. Officers spotted a subject matching the description in the comments of the radio call waking northbound on 5th St and subsequently detained him. The Officers spoke to a sales associate at the location and learned that the individual had attempted to enter the store via the locked front doors and shortly after the window was smashed. The employee walked out and saw the subject next to the window. Nathan John Surakus was arrested for Vandalism.
