Downtown Services Unit Officers responded to a call of a Petty Theft at Starbucks on the 1300 block of the 3rd St. Promenade. Upon arrival, the Starbucks employee relayed that the individual had stolen several items from the store in the past and today he had taken several food items from the refrigerated section and walked outside to sit on a chair while he ate. Officers approached the individual, who began to walk away. Ultimately, officers arrested Kelemn Taylor Gonzalez for Petty Theft.
