A Downtown Ambassador contacted Dispatch regarding an assault that took place on the 1300 block of the 3rd St. Promenade. Officers made contact with the Ambassador who relayed that he observed two individuals arguing and witnessed one of the individuals hit the other on the head with a skateboard. Sheldon Montgomery Johnson was located and arrested for Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
