Downtown Services Unit (DSU) Officers responded to the area of 2nd St and Santa Monica regarding a female engaging in lewd conduct. Upon arrival, Officers recognized the subject as a chronic offender. A search of her person found she was in illegal possession of pepper spray. Summer Elizabeth Johnson was booked her outstanding warrants and for being a felon in possession of pepper spray.
