After receiving a call regarding an in-progress auto burglary, SMPD officers responded to 1550 PCH, Lot 1 North) where a witness saw a suspect, later identified as Marcos Guzman, entering a vehicle with a broken window. Guzman was found to be in possession of burglary tools, a stun gun and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to the Santa Monica Jail.
