At about 10:24am on Friday, October 9th
Officers were dispatched to Reed Park regarding a battery. Officers contacted the reporting party who stated that a woman who frequented the park had thrown, what he believed to be, a bottle at his leg. The Victim’s pant leg was wet from the substance thrown at him. Officers made contact with the Suspect after the Victim was able to identify her. The Suspect was argumentative and refused to provide verifiable identification. Polina Lobyko was arrested and booked for 243 PC- Battery. She was subsequently released with a citation.
