Downtown Services Units responded to the 1300 block of Lincoln Blvd. regarding a Battery. Upon arrival, Officers spoke to the victim who relayed that the subject had been using the water spigot in their parking lot. The victim told the subject to leave and subject proceeded to insult him and spit in his face. Police were called shortly after and found Jason Jammal Neal nearby. Neal was ultimately booked for battery and transported to SMPD jail Neal was later issued a citation and released. A stay away order from the location was also requested.
