On Wednesday, March 2 at 3:20 p.m.
Officers responded to a call of a Battery on the 1700 block of Ocean Ave., the reporting party stated the subject had spit on her. Upon arrival, Officers contacted the victim who stated she was sitting on a retaining wall when she noticed the subject walking in her direction. Without provocation, the subject spat on her arm and continued walking. The victim followed the subject until police arrival. The victim was desirous of prosecution and Zacharia Anthony Herbik was arrested and later cited out for Battery.
