On Sunday, March 20
Officers working the pier responded to the Albright in regards to a theft. Officers learned that the subject had stolen money from the tip jar and punched the manager on the arm when he attempted to stop him. Officers located the subject attempting to flee and a struggle ensued as officers attempted to make the arrest. The reporting party did not want prosecution. Jeremiah Kevon Morris was issued a citation for Burglary and Resisting Arrest.
