On Thursday, April 7 at 9:35 a.m.
Officers responded to a call of a disturbance at a business on the 700 block of Arizona Ave. Upon arrival, the victim relayed that staff told her someone was inside her vehicle. She noticed her car door was open and the car was shaking. As she watched from the window, the subject emerged from the vehicle and gestured a gun with his finger pointing in her direction. The subject then walked into the location and the victim hid while the subject was inside. Shortly after, the subject went back to the car and walked out with the victim’s property. Officers detained the subject nearby and arrested Brittney Taylor Franklin-Brown for theft from a vehicle. The victim’s property was regained.
