On April 8
Officers were dispatched to Ralphs on 1600 block of Cloverfield regarding a subject throwing potted plants outside of the location. Officers recognized the individual from an earlier call where homeless services had been offered to the subject. Upon making contact with the subject, officers noticed she displayed signs of intoxication and refused to leave the location while challenging officers to arrest her. When officers began to arrest her for trespassing, she angrily spat on the officers. Ultimately, Julie Pai was arrested for trespassing, public intoxication, and trespassing.
