Officers working Pier detail were flagged down regarding an assault. The victim was working security at Playland Arcade and had been hit on the head by an individual whom he had asked to leave the location. Officers searched the area and located Steven Reggie Lukacinskhy. Lukacinskhy admitted to hitting the victim and appeared to be extremely intoxicated. Officers arrested Lukacinskhy for public intoxication and assault.
