Officers arrived at Target on the 400 block of Broadway regarding a theft. Upon arrival, security relayed that an individual had walked around the store placing items in a basket and a Target bag and walked out without paying. Security provided a photo from surveillance footage and officers located the subject on the 1500 block of 4th St. Timothy Patrick McGorry was arrested for shoplifting.
