On January 15
Officers responded to the 2100 block of Cloverfield for a male attempting to steal a bottle of alcohol that was being detained by the store’s security personnel. When officers arrived, they met with Elvin Alexander Salazar, who was in handcuffs and hunched over a stool. Salazar was arrested for shoplifting and public intoxication.
