On January 15 at approximately 9:40 p.m.
Officers were called to the 1400 block of 4th Street for a fraud investigation. The reporting party stated that the patron, later identified as Jessie Medrano, was attempting to leave without paying a $60 tab. Medrano stated he had no way of paying the tab and was subsequently arrested for Defrauding an Innkeeper. He was issued a citation with an upcoming court date and released.
